REFUND Policy

All sales made by Dynamic Fitness PT, LLC are final. This includes, without limitation, all nutrition plans, fitness plans, coaching services, application access, digital products, and educational content.

Because these materials constitute proprietary and copyrighted intellectual property, no refunds will be issued once a purchase is completed. By submitting payment on our website, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. You are purchasing instant-access digital goods and/or services.

2. Refunds are not available under any circumstances once you have gained access to our app, member portal, coaching services, or any digital content has been delivered or made available to you.

3. You waive any right to dispute or charge back the transaction on the basis of non-refundable digital goods, intellectual property access, or buyer’s remorse.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will be considered a breach of these terms. Dynamic Fitness PT, LLC reserves the right to provide proof of delivery, access logs, IP address records, and service usage to the payment processor as evidence of fulfillment.
