David Kampfe is a Men’s Physique Pro, lifelong athlete, and seasoned coach with nearly 20 years of experience in training, nutrition, and performance. His passion for fitness goes beyond aesthetics—he’s driven by a desire to help people reclaim their health, confidence, and strength for the long term. Grounded in his faith and deeply committed to his family, David approaches coaching with integrity, discipline, and purpose. Through Dynamic Fitness, he’s on a mission to guide people back to the healthiest, strongest version of themselves—physically, mentally, and in the way they live their everyday lives.

Our Story

Dynamic Fitness was born out of a genuine passion for helping people achieve their fitness and health goals. From humble beginnings with park training sessions to opening our first location—“The Warehouse”—David Kampfe, co-founder and head coach, has worked with people from all walks of life since day one. As success stories grew and demand for his coaching increased, Dynamic Fitness expanded online so people from anywhere in the world could access our proven programs and work directly with David.

Over the years, David has coached student athletes who went on to compete at the Division I collegiate level, mentored and trained kids with special needs, worked with hundreds of fitness and body building competitors, and helped countless everyday people achieve life-changing results. Today, we’re proud to have a team of coaches within the Dynamic Fitness family who are trained in our protocols, allowing us to reach and impact even more lives.

Dynamic Fitness has become a platform that truly changes lives—not just in words, but through real results. With over 1,000 pounds of weight lost across our clients, our impact speaks for itself. Our core pillars have always been Mind, Body, and Nutrition, because we believe true success comes from balance—not just chasing a “great physique.” Our mission now is to continue expanding our reach and helping thousands more people move forward into healthier, stronger, more confident lives.
